Breathexperience, (formerly Middendorf Breath Work), is one of today’s leading somatic practices. What distinguishes our approach is that we allow the breath to come and go on its own, without interference. We sense the movement of breath throughout the whole body. This awareness creates an experience of ease and well-being, reconnecting us with our own resources - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
