We offer individual sessions that focus on your specific needs, and can incorporate both Breath & Movement as well as Breath Dialogue.
Breath & Movement
Either seated on stools or standing, you practice simple movements that heighten awareness of breath moving throughout the whole body. This makes you aware of the reality that you are a 3-dimensional, substantial, moving, breathing body.
In a hands-on session, you lie on a low padded table. This practice is called Breath Dialogue because the practitioner listens to the movements of your breath through their hands. Through subtle stretches, you receive “questions” posed to your breath. These questions invite breath to develop throughout the whole body and being. The process is inspired by listening and responding, rather than directed by a concept planned by the practitioner.
