Breathexperience is a leading somatic practice based in the "allowed" breath - breath that comes and goes on its own without interference. By listening to the sensation of the movement of breath through your whole body, breath becomes your friend and teacher. As you practice simple movements and sounds to accompany the inhale, exhale and pause; more ease develops in your breath cycle and a sense of well-being permeates your everyday living.
